According to 2018 cutoffs, you can get Civil engineering at NIT Patna because it's closing rank was 37520. You can get civil engineering at NIT Agartala, it closing rank was 43268. At NIT Silchar too, you have high chances of getting Civil engineering as it's closing rank was 42828. You may or may not get Civil engineering at NIT Durgapur whose closing rank was 36208 in year 2018. You can get Civil engineering at NIT Manipur too whose closing rank was 41664. At NIT Mizoram too, you have high chances of getting Civil engineering whose closing rank was 43609.
