Firstly, You have scored only 38 marks in TS eamcet, The minimum marks required in TS eamcet to qualify is 40 marks. As you’ve scored only 38 marks your it states that your are not qualified. Your rank will not be displayed and even your rank card is not issued. Without rank card you are not elgible to attend counselling. For these marks there is no rank prediction. By the way you have few choices to go with:If there are any left over seats in engineering colleges even after second counselling then you may get free seat, you can also go through management quota. Or else pursue other than engineering stream
