Looks a lot difficult brother especially if you are from general category. And this year toh you might also be knowing that the cutoff is expected to rise since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. So around 470/480+ would have been a safe score. Best wishes to you.

The cutoff of St. John Medical College is higher than your score for general category candidates. So the chances are less of getting a seat. The cutoff remains low for the candidates with reservation. So you can opt for some other colleges. You can get MBBS in private colleges. Sir i hv got 512 marks in neet 2019 rank 42180.I belong to delhi and have delhi state domicile .What are the chances of me getting a seat in st john medical college bangalore?

The cutoff from All India Quota is somewhat high but your score is good so you can try. You may get a seat. But the cutoff also varies everyyear. Chances are there but not much.
