Hello swati,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement.
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. But you can get BDS seat in private colleges in 429 marks.

Dear swati,
For getting a government medical college you need to have marks 500+ so i am sorry to say that you might not be able to get a government mbbs mbbs college. You could tho try for BDS or BAMS or BHMS government colleges. You might have a chance there. Or you could try for private mbbs or bds colleges.
I am attaching a link to cutoffs of neet 2019 ug.
