So with regard to your query, in order to write the APEAMCET exam, one must complete their 10+2. Also, in 12th standard a candidate must score above 45% of aggregate marks, if they are from general category, however, the reserved category students need to score above 40% of the marks.

As you belong to reserved category and your score is more than 40% of the marks, you are completely eligible for the exam.
