From this year the marks scored in IPE are not given any weightage to determine the TS EAMCET rank. Earlier 25% weightage is given for IPE marks and 75% weightage is given for TS EAMCET but from this year the rank will be solely based on marks scored in TS EAMCET. The qualifying score for general category candidates is 40 marks or 25% marks out of 160 marks. And for SC/ST category candidates there is no qualifying score. SO if you belong to general category, 45 marks is a score above the qualifying marks so the rank will be above 80,000 but if you belong to SC/ST category then you may expect your rank to be around in between 40000-50000. This is an estimated rank, the actual rank may vary which is subjected to the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, normalized marks and tie breakers etc.
