Dear candidate, your rank is not sufficient for getting a government MBBS college in all indian counselling. There are few dental colleges in your state Telangana under government quota where you can apply (obc quota) :

BALAJI DENTAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD
GOVT DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, HYDERABAD
KAMINENI INST OF DENTAL SCI, NARKETPALLY

You can always opt for private MBBS college and deemed universities if BDS is not your choice. For further reference you can use NEET College Predictor tool to check your other chances for MBBS, BDS & Ayush Courses.
