AP EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) is the entrance examination for Undergraduate in  Engineering, medical and agricultural courses in Andhra Pradesh conducted by JNTU Kakinada. AP EAMCET is changed to AP EAPCET. AP EAMCET eligibility criteria are.

• Indian Nationality, Person of India Origin or Overseas Citizen of India,
• Should belong to Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
• Should have passed (10+2) Intermediate Examination in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Recognised board of TG and AP.
• 45 % aggregate marks are required for General Category and 40 % for the reserved category.

AP EAMCET ranks are calculated by an aggregate of 75% of EAMCET marks and 25% of Intermediate marks. Intermediate marks are calculated only for subjects MPC, Languages are not included. For example, you secured 580 out of 600 in IPE and 47 out of 160 in EAMCET.

IPE = 580/600*25 = 24.16.

EAMCET = 47/160*75 = 22.03 . Now adding both result will be 46.1

Your rank would be between 50,000 - 1,50,000.
