Dear Sai, first things first. If you have already joined a seat allotted, you cannot attend the mop up round. It is for those Candidates who haven't been allotted a seat or those who have been allotted a seat but haven't joined the seat. But if you have joined the allotted seat, unfortunately you do not qualify to participate in the mop up round. You should opt for upgradation. And secondly even if there are 416 MBBS seats left, they again are spread across all Categories. You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 497 puts you right on the edge.
