Hope you are doing great there . First of all , let me tell you that you can get a seat only after qualifying in JEE ADVANCE . Seats in NIT,IIIT and GFTIs is given only on the basis of jee mains.
And If you get 50 marks in JEE Advance , then you will not be able to get a seat in IIT .For a seat in IIT a candidate should score more than 150 words in JEE Advance .

JEE MAIN percentile is not enough to get into an IIT. Only after qualifying jee advanced you can go for iit. But with this percentile you can opted for any autonomous or private colleges. Because this is not possible to get a government college seat with this marks. You can use the below college predictor link to know your vast chances.
