I got 85 persentail in jee main so I get the iit allahabad in st category

If you get 85 percentile in JEE Main, then your All India Rank will be around 170000 and your category rank (ST Rank) will be around 8000 to 10000. According to the last years' cutoffs, you are not likely to get a seat in IIIT Allahabad (as the cutoffs are far away from your expected rank).
