Delhi University has pretty high cut offs, especially colleges like Hindu College, St. Stephens, Gargi College, Hansraj College. Even with less mainstream colleges like Daulat Ram College, Kirori Mal College, Aurobindo College the cut offs are in the range of 92% to 95%. If you are a reserved category student, the cut off will be slightly lower for you. So, you might have a slight chance in the last rounds (like 9th or 10th round). But I wouldn't bet on it.
