Hey hey hey, you are asking questions like "Hey can I go out on dinner with Bill Gates". Its not possible but still it is not feasible. IISc Bangalore is the topmost institute in India. Admissions here are done mainly through KVPY. Also some are admitted through JEE Mains, JEE Advance and NEET. Also you need minimum of 75% in your boards. With your rank you have nochances of getting a seat in any government colleges. Also your boards marks are very low. I would personally suggest you to go for boards improvement exam and also prepare for JEE side by side. Good boards marks would help you a lot in the future. And also if you get top rank in JEE you might get a chance to get into IISC Bangalore and fulfill your dreams.
But if you want to continue for engineering, you can go for private engineering colleges which take inputs for low boards marks. Please think wisely before you take any decisions and also ask advice from parents and well wishers. Your future depends on it.
