As you have secured 58399 rank in the jee main examination it is good .

So in the CSAB special round of counselling the allotment of the seat will be given on the leftover seats in the institute so the chance of getting seat in the CSAB is very difficult

With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT even if you are able to get a seat then also it will be difficult for you to get a good branch. Although if you have any north-eastern state as your home-state then you can have a better chance of getting a seat. hope this helps.
