As you have mentioned that you have secured 2.9 percentile in JEE mains so let me tell you that even if I consider your obc category it will be still impossible for you to get any college or rather nit through JEE mains.
I would recommend you to keep the private colleges like Manipal,SRM University,comedk colleges, vit vellore as a backup.
