firstly the answer is little predictable as you want to pursue your BTech in CSE,ECE or Civil branches.

This year around 2.32 lakh students appeared for the exam and 1,39,636 candidates gave their test in engineering and 92,362 students gave their exam in medical stream.

After the EAMCET results, yu can only see the 50% merit in engineering and many people disqualified not even meeting the eligilibilty criteria.

As you have got a rank more than 50,000 it is not possible to get a seat in very good colleges,not atleast if you belong to general/OBC category. For minority/reserved students  probably there is a chance of getting seat in good college.(not reputed but good). 

So, the following is the list of colleges which you can expect for your rank

for general category and BC reservations

1.Swathi institute of Technology and sciences ,Hayath nagar - Civil Engineering

2.Swathi institute of Technology and sciences ,Hayath nagar -Mechanical also(if you are interested)

3.Methodist college of engineering and technology-CSE,ECE,EEE,Mech,Civil

in case of girl candidate,

then 

4.Stanley College of Engg and Technology for women- all branches

for SC/ST then colleges predicted are:(including the above colleges as well)

1.Matrusri Engg College - ECE

 And there are collges which are predictable for your Rank , but for the stream you are interested those colleges don't come under. I suggest for going to a branch where you are comfortable.

for that rank you can get normal colleges which have no minimum infrastructure for your studies so better you go for management seat if you have able to spend money

there is closing rank about to 60k and above to this rank. college like CVR, Mella reddy etc.
