Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any of the good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can try for some private colleges which take admission on such low ranks but i would recommend you to take a drop for one year and prepare again in the correct way.
