As you know rank will be be given on basis of your EAMCET marks + IPE weightage(Marks obtained in Mathematics, physics, chemistry). As you not mentioned these marks I'm unable to calculate your rank.

So, according to the expected marks vs rank analysis of AP EAMCET 2020 can be- for 69-60 marks your marks range will be 5,000- 15,000.  As this analysis is based on last year cut off trends there will be change in the rank this year but their will be slight difference.
