It may be a little difficult to get into Madras Institute of Technology with the percentile you're mentioning. They generally require a rank between 400-3000 depending upon the course you're selecting. You can check that out here

I m considering that you are about to ask for mit pune institute .
So let me mention here that mit pune is one of the most sought college in maharastra hence it share a high cutoff to get admission through jee .
And with 69 percentage you cannot get admission into any branch in mit pune.
