Hello
In my opinion The colleges you can get into with 64 percentile in JEE in PCM group as an OBC candidate will depend on the specific cutoffs and seat availability for each college.
Although I am sharing some general guidelines here to help you, these general guidelines may vary from college to college and university, so I would suggest you to check the website of the college you are looking to take admission in before proceeding.
1. For OBC category, a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate in class 12th from a recognized board is required.
2. JEE Main eligibility criteria includes a minimum of 75% (65% for SC/ST candidates) in the respective board exams for admission to IIITs or NITs.
3. To be eligible for JEE Advanced, candidates must meet certain requirements, including being in the top 20% in their class XII (class 12th) board exams.
4. NTA conducts JEE Main
Know your college admission chances in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, many States/ Institutes based on your JEE Main rank by using JEE Main 2025 College Predictor.
Predicting the exact college you can get with a 64 percentile in JEE Mains (PCM) for the OBC category is difficult. The cutoff percentile for JEE Mains keeps changing every year depending on the difficulty level of the exam, the number of test-takers, and the number of seats available. Cutoff percentiles vary for different branches within the same college. Some branches, like Computer Science Engineering, typically have higher cutoffs than others. However, with a 64 percentile in OBC for PCM, it might be challenging to secure a seat in NITs or some of the top IIITs.
There are several GFTIs other than NITs and IIITs that accept JEE Main scores for admission. You might have a better chance of securing a seat in these colleges. You can find a list of GFTIs on the official website of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp I hope it helps!

NITs, IIITs, and some prestigious private institutions demands more than 64 percentile its need minimum percentile score of 85-90 so surely you are not able to get this colleges but yo might get tier 2 colleges like VIT and SRM with management quota.generally sc st candidates get government college at this score obc category wont work.
I will suggest to try some mre exams with hard work like IACS/ NEST /IAT to get good government college.
