I have got 64percentile in JEE I am belongs to obc category would I expect seat in good college

As the cutoff and rankinga are not avialbale now predicting ia very difficult you may go though previous year cut off and rankings to get an idea about cutoff of colleges or you may given another attempt workhard and get more marks so that you get a good college.
