Based on your JEE Mains percentile there is no chance of getting a  b-category seat in top colleges. Because 66 percentile cannot be taken as merit. If you refer in terms of IPE marks then there might be colleges which can offer a seat.But, It just has a probabilty and cannot be confirmed. All I can say is it's better to try for Management quota (if affordable ) rather than going for b-category.

For your JEE Mains percentile is very high rank, so it is difficult to get B-Category seats in good Private Engineering Colleges in Telangana. But your IPE marks are good, so you can try for direct admission into Engineering Colleges based on your IPE marks.

So, try you apply for B-Category either based on your JEE Mains or IPE Marks in the Colleges you are interested and see your luck. You might mostly get Non-IT branches.
