In round two, there may be a chance, depending on the number of students dropping out and the seats remaining vacant. Still, the probability of you being there is quite low for the colleges with the highest demand.
You will probably get a lower-tier private college through the management quota or college-level seats (if allowed) rather than merit-based seats in the top private colleges.
So, yes there are chances you can get into college in the second round but it won't be top private colleges.
