JEE main NTA cut off is in terms of percentile. 67 must be the percentile that you have scored in JEE Main. If you come under OBC-CL in central list then you are considered as general category candidate. The cut off for general category in 2020 is 90.3765335 and for OBC-NCL it is 72.8887969. You should check your caste in central list. Irrespective of your category you haven't qualified in JEE Main so you are not eligible to get seat in any college with your JEE main score.
