Other state students are not eligible for government aided colleges in wbjee . West Bengal domicile requirement is there for seat in Government aided colleges and 90 % of general seats for Jadavpur University( 10% seats are open for other state for Jadavpur University). Also other state students are not eligible for reservation i. e OBC/ST/SC etc.

Being some other state , you are eligible for 10% open seats in Jadavpur University but with your rank , your chances are negligible
