I got 70.8% marks in CBSE in 12 in commerce stream, can I get admission in any collage of DU on merit or with enterance test?

Hi Ankit!
Ofcourse you can  get admission in Delhi University and be a part of the dream campus. Not through merit though, as you might yourself know. But you have great chances through DU Entrance exam.There are a significant no of seats in various colleges for admission through exam. I have personally known people scoring 65% in 12th Boards and yet happily and enthusiastically in DU today.
Don't lose hope. Just focus on the entrance test coming right up and be sure to give it your biggest and best shot. You are definitely going through.
