For calculating EAMCET rank 75 percent of marks in EAMCET snd 25 percent of marks in IPE are both considered inorder to calculate the combined score of these both and the process is mentioned below as you said that your IPE score is 550 out of 600 then,  IPE score is     550/600X25 = 23

And as you mentioned that your AP EAMCET score is 70 out of 160 so, AP EAMCET score is 70/160X75 = 33

Combined Score is achieved by adding the both calculated scores obtained above which is 23+33= 56

So, according to the previous years cutoff trends, your rank will be around 15000 to 50000 remember that this may not be exact because it is just a prediction and as you did not mentioned your category i considered it general.
