Considering that you belong to the SC category your rank range will be around 323,727 - 363,727.

After considering the percentile mentioned by you, you may not be eligible for sitting in JEE ADVANCED. But we cannot confirm if you will get a seat in NITs. 

So, my suggestion is to start your preparations for JEE Main in the April session. Though this is a rough prediction hence it is best to wait for the final results but meanwhile continue your practice and don't lose focus. You can also sit for the April session of JEE and the best of both scores will be taken into account.
