As you have stated that you have got 74 rank in APPGECET 2019 and you want EEE as your preferred option.  I would like to tell you that as your rank is quite good , you can get your choice that is EEE in any of the two college Andhra University or JNTUK. I would suggest that you keep checking the official website and allocate your seat as soon as possible.  I hope it helped
