According, to the eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
Can you please tell me your board. So, that I can check whether you are in top 20 percentile or not?
If you want to take admission in government colleges you can apply in DTU and NSIT. It takes admission through JEE Main and counselling is held through JAC Delhi.
You should also appear in your state level entrance exam to take admission in state government colleges.
