Not giving you any false hopes but until you are not from General Category then only expect something from JOSAA counselling. You might get the benefit the of state quota but that will help you only if there is a special round this year too but the branch is not guaranteed. You may end up getting Ceramic or Petroleum. I would recommend you to search for suitable private colleges. Private colleges also provide scholarships now to bright minds.

If you belong to homestate quota then there is a little possibility for you in getting seat at NIT Puducherry else it is hard to get seat there.
