IIIT Bangalore is not a Institute of National Importance. It is a private Institute. Because of this it doesn't have any separate quota for SC, ST, OBC, EWS. The councelling for IIIT Bangalore is held seperately from JOSAA. Following are the cutoff for IIIT Banglore in 2020:

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE - 7300

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in ECE-  9000

The Mentor rank is All India Rank. Since you got 77.99 percentile, your AIR should be above 200000. So it is very Difficult to get seat into IIIT Bangalore.

IIIT Bangalore offer only two courses - Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
