As you mention that you got such such percentile in your board exam .Here I want to make you clear about the amrks distribution of CAT as= 85% CAT marks + 10%  interview marks + 5% extempore So, do you best as you have to score 90+ percentile in exam. So  dont't worry about your board marks & work as hard as you can.
