Your rank is good but unfortunately you cannot get osmania university because there's very limited seats in osmania university and cutoff hardly increase till 100-200,so with 792 rank you can get many other colleges,but OU is difficult to get.

It's not possible that you can get seat in Osmania University because the cutoff is really high. It's closing rank is under 200 so you can get the idea that you are not eligible for this University. 

Yoi can try for other colleges also and for other competitive exams I'm sure you will find a good one.
