80% must be your total percentage in boards.
For admission in Bsc computer science hons you should calculate an aggregate of your top 4 subjects.
These 4 subjects should compulsorily include Mathematics(with minimum 60%marks in it) and a language subject (English/ Hindi).
The other 2 subjects can be any of the two from physics, chemistry and computer science.
If you are not from science background than a percentage is deducted from your total percentage while admission in some colleges.

First of all, you need to calculate your percentage taking into consideration your best four subjects marks. It should include one language subject compulsarily. Also, avoid adding your optional subject like (physical education) in your best four as it may lead to a deduction of 2.5% from your total percentage. It will be a plus point for you if you have Computer science as your 10+2 subject.

I would like to inform you that though your overall percentage is quite low to get admission in general category, but there are various quota given by DU if you are eligible for that. To check about the same further, do visit the official site of DU.

It is very hard to get admissions for computer science at this percentage .There can be small probability if your are in sc or st category ,however that too is very less . Try some other courses in du as well
