• The Rank you got in JEE mains 2018
• Number if Seats available in NIT's and branches for particular Category
• Number of Applicants applying for same seat.

You have good rank So first you should try for your Home state NIT in home state quota and then apply for other NIT's for Computer Science and Engineering course.

If you want to apply for Other States NIT. You can apply for 

• NIT hamirpur
• NIT GOA
• NIT Jharkhand

In these NIT's you can surely get seat under OBC category in Computer Science and Engg. Department.
