Your expected rank will be 152076.You can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
In your case it is
(100-82.5)*869010/100=152076
And your expected rank will be around 60k-70k.With this rank it is difficult to get seat in this college considering 2019 cut off.
The cut off is as follows in 2019 for each branch for OBC category

Computer science engineering 240-334
civil engineering 297-319
electrical engineering 519-561
Mechanical engineering 600-688
electronics and electrical engineering 640-756

So it is better if you better if you prepare for JEE main April session.

Ankur And the cut off for MIT, Muzaffarpur was as follows for OBC for 2019
Civil engineering 326-363
Information technology 421-555
Electrical engineering 449-477
Electronics and electrical engineering 575-735
So you may not get in MIT, Muzaffarpur.
