Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. PICT Pune has admission criteria through Maharashtra CET and JEE mains. Only 15% seats are filled through JEE Mains, so competition is very high.

based on previous years trend, I am sorry to say that with 84 percentile in JEE Mains or OBC rank of 56,007, you will not get any seat in PICT Pune.
