If you belong to general catagory getting a good iiit at this rank is not possible as the cutoff trends for the last years is not around your rank.
Iiit Allahbad closing rank was- 10575
In home state quota you can get some nit if you belong to srinagar , agartala,hamirpur.
You should also apply for your state top colleges.

As you have not mentioned your category I am considering it to be general.According to previous year last round cutoffs the closing rank for general category in lowest IIIT in lowest branch is under 50k but your rank is far from that,Hence it would be impossible for you to get the seat in IIIT.But you can try your luck in CSAB special counseling.
