I got 596 in ipe and iam expecting rank around 4000 as per the given link please tell me whether i can get any branch in osmania university

First of all congratulations! on your result, that's an outstanding score from you. As your EAMCET score was quite good, assuming that you have got a descent score in IPE too...you can easily fetch a rank, closer to 7,000-10,000. In order to get the top branches like CSE and ECE your rank should be fewer to 2000.
