Yes as you have said that you have got 869 rank in TN in stream one and you are looking to get admission in Sastra university in IT branch, then I would like to tell you that yes there are decent chances of you to make it there. You might have to wait for 2 3 rounds but you can get it. I would advice you to go for counselling.
