You might get some seats of lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc and some IIITs such as IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Kota,etc.
