You might get some seats of lower ranked NITs or IIITs such as NIT Patna, nit Uttarakhand, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east,etc.and IIITs such as IIIT Kota, IIIT kancheepuram,etc.
You can get NIT Silchar from the home state qouta in the later rounds.
