I got 88 in English, 95 in physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science. I want to do Bsc(mathematics) from DU. Can I get admission?

If ur score is 95 in PCM AND CS THEN U WILL DEFINITELY GET ADMISSION IN MATHEMATICS (H) IN NORTH CAMPUS , a(your Bo4 is 95%) , upto 2nd Round . So just fill the application and wait for the cutoff.

You might have a chance at Acharya Narendra Dev College, Aryabhatta College, Daulat Ram college (in later rounds), Deshbandhu College, Kamla Nehru College, Motilal Nehru College, Ramanujan college, Shivaji college, Shyam Lal college, Sri Aurobindo College. The cut offs of these colleges are in the 92-94% range. If not in the first couple of rounds, you might get a seat in the later rounds (Round 6-10).

Is there any criteria for selecting subject in best of four for result or we can select any subject??
