As you know rank will depends on two factors i.e., IPE marks + AP EAMCET marks. And you not mentioned your category by default I'll take your category as  General. For your IPE marks 584/600*25=24.33 and for your AP EAMCET marks 88/160*75=41.25. Then your overall combined score will be 24.33 + 41.25 = 65.58. According to the marks vs rank analysis AP EAMCET 2019, For this marks your rank range will be 5,001-15,000(69-60 marks).

Cutoff rank will vary different every year on basis of the candidates appeared for exam, difficulty of paper, previous year cutoff trends and etc..
