Well almost 9000 rank in jee mains under obc category is not great to get you admission into vivesvaraya national  institute of technology with good branch well even i m considering you as home state member then at maximum you can get metallurgical engineering branch or chemical brach as their cutoff goes low or else reast branches cutoff are super high you need to score atleast 3 k to get good branch in Visvesvaraya national institute of technology as it is one of the most prestigious institution in Maharashtra .  You can even try for rest nits so you can use this link below

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering - 10324 (OBC-NCL Cutoff)

Mining Engineering - 10680( OBC-NCL Cutoff)

There is fair chances to get admission into VNIT Nagpur if you apply for these streams.

Chemical Engineering - 8052(OBC-NCL Cutoff)

For Home State quota also you are eligible to apply for only these streams mentioned above.

In special rounds (I and II) the cutoff varies and hence is not shown .
