Fir admission in bits mesra Ranchi ; you have to secure rank under 10000-12000 ( for cs ) and 20000-23000 for ECE ( or even better according to conditions and situations)
So sorry to say but ; in this percentile score it will be not possible to get seat in bits mesra.
Either you have to go with low ranked nit or go with good private college.
