Hello Rahul,
You need a minimum of 75% in your 12th boards to qualify for BITS mesra. Since you have scored only 70% you are not eligible for admission. You can still try for admission in various state colleges such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university where jee main percentile is considered for admission process.
