If you are a Delhi General candidate, then you have chances of getting a government college but may be you need to wait for the 3rd cut off for that.
For reserved category, it could be possible in the 1st or 2nd round depending upon the reservation.
If you are an outside Delhi candidate, then there are very few chances that you would be able to get a good college for B.Sc.
You can go for spot round as well to increase your chances of getting a good college.
