Congratulations on your rank.
Based on the previous trends the cutoff rank of JNTU. Anantapur for OC - girls is

CSE - 4424
CIV - 8973
MEC - 11228
CHE - 17423
EEE - 7279
ECE - 4854

As you belong to EWS category you will have reservation of 10%.
But the CSE branch is not possible.
